GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
The governance of the College is vested in the Proprietor and Governing Board, which provides overall policy direction and strategic oversight for the institution.
The Governing Board ensures that the College adheres strictly to the objective of nursing education, maintains compliance with NMCN regulations and upholds approved standards for training, staffing and student welfare.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES AND ROLES
The day-to-day administration of the college is carried out by the College Management, under the leadership of the Provost who serves as the Chief Academic and Administrative Officer.
The Provost is responsible for the effective implementation of approved policies, coordination of academic and clinical programmes, supervision of staff and maintenance of professional and ethical standards in line with NMCN guidelines. Supporting the Provost are key administrative officers, including:
The Registrar is the Chief administrative officer responsible for the coordination and management of students' academic records and related administrative functions of the college, also servicing meetings of statutory and academic committees and maintaining official minutes.
The Account Officer is responsible for Financial management and accountability.
The Librarian is responsible for the effective management and development of the college library and information resources in support of teaching, learning, research and clinical practice.​
